UAT Founder’s Day Game Jam 2024

• Our annual Founder's Day Game Jam is upon us. This year the Student Chapter of the IGDA is organizing the event. The Jam is scheduled for September 20th to 22nd. To mix things up and to make Monday recovery easier we will be Jamming from Noon to Noon, Noon Friday to Noon Sunday for judging. Judging from Sunday will be from 1pm-6pm in the Community Theater.

• This game jam is for you. Only teams that have first-time game jammers are eligible for awards. Veteran Jammers will be available on discord to mentor you and help you solve problems. We strongly encourage veteran jammers and experienced developers to partner with and mentor newbies!

• It's a secret. The Theme will be revealed at the Jam Kick Off meeting.

• Diversifiers are voluntary secondary constraints that individual teams can choose to add to their game for an additional challenge. If you implement any of these diversifiers in your game, please mention them in your game's description. Diversifiers will be revealed at the Jam Kick Off meeting.

All games must be uploaded to the Jam page by Noon, Sunday September 22nd. Presentations and judging will begin on Discord at 1pm on Sunday. Awards will follow immediately after judging.
