Spring Break is here! PerMex Delights will host a fun two-day cooking camp, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills in Peruvian and Mexican Cuisine. Held on Wend 03/25 and Saturday 03/28 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Students will build on skills through hands on practice with a set menu. Once they finish up each dish, students will sit in the dining room and enjoy their works!Menu:
Wend. March 25th– Mexican Cuisine:
-Beef Birria (A hearty beef stew cooked in selected Mexican spices)
-Quesabirrias made with the beef birria
-Horchata water
Saturday March 28th – Peruvian Cuisine:
-Lomo Saltado (stir fry served over homemade french fries and white rice)
-Chicha morada (purple corn drink)
