Can you believe it’s been a full year of flowing together? We are back for our fourth installment, and this time, we’re celebrating our first trip around the sun! Whether you’ve been with us since Day 1 or you’re just joining the family, we're inviting you to help make this anniversary morning unforgettable!

Time: 8:00am - 10:30am

Location: Encanto Park North Parking Lot (2499 N. 15th Ave.) *Find us near the playground/clubhouse on the north side. Check our photos for specific parking and meeting spots!

The Essentials:

BYOM = Bring Your Own Mat

BYOB - Bring Your Own Blanket (mornings can still have a crisp breeze, so cozy is key)

ENERGY: Bring your best vibes—it's a birthday party, after all!🥳

The Experience:

We’re leveling up the connection between breath and movement with the incredible Tay from FlowithT, while DJ SuprMood keeps the energy electric with a special anniversary set.

Beyond the mat, our curated community of vendors will be back in full force! Expect:

• Unique handmade goods 🎨

• Plenty of "happy anniversary" high-fives! 😜

This donation-based, in-person event is all about pouring back into yourself and the community that has grown so much over the last year. Let’s soak up that Arizona sun and celebrate community, connection, and movement! 🤍

As a "thank you" for an amazing year, we’re stocking the raffle with some extra-special prizes from our sponsors!

• One raffle ticket is included with every registered ticket.

• Want more chances? Additional donations on-site will earn you extra tickets—up your odds and support the movement!

• Fuel: We’ll have complimentary water and small snacks to keep you fueled and hydrated. Along with local vendors on site with goodies!

Info: Time to check in, find a good spot on the grass, mingle, check out the vendors, and get grounded before the event begins! Live music spun by DJ SuprMood! She will be spinning the entire event!

Info: Vinyasa Inspired beginner yoga flow and sound bath to end the flow.

Info: Water and snacks will be provided for you to enjoy with a reserved ticket. Vendors will also be on site with refreshments, products, and services for purchase! Raffles will be drawn during this time as well so stick around (must be present to win raffle prizes).
