As you step into the winery’s barrel room, you’ll be welcomed by twinkling lights, glowing candles, and the warm ambiance of the holiday season. The room will be adorned with subtle Christmas decorations, creating a peaceful yet festive environment for your practice. Think soft fairy lights, a small tree decorated with ornaments, and a scattering of pinecones and greenery.
🧘‍♀️ Christmas-Themed Yoga Session:
Led by Aleena McKinnon, this gentle, heart-opening yoga session is designed to release holiday stress and bring balance to your body and mind. You’ll flow through soothing, mindful movements inspired by the season, with poses like Tree Pose (Vrksasana) to help you feel grounded and steady, and Snowflake Breaths to bring a sense of calm and presence. The session will end with a peaceful Holiday Meditation, where you’ll focus on gratitude, peace, and being present for the season.
🍷 Gingerbread & Wine Pairing Experience:
After your yoga practice, treat yourself to a festive wine tasting with a delightful twist. Enjoy a carefully curated selection of wines and ciders that pair perfectly with holiday flavors. The highlight of the post-yoga experience? A Gingerbread & Wine Pairing! Sip on the winery’s finest wines while savouring gingerbread cookies, spiced treats, or other holiday delicacies. The rich flavors of the wines will perfectly complement the warm spices of the gingerbread—creating a truly indulgent, holiday-inspired tasting experience.
🌟 Candlelit Relaxation:
As you sip your wine and savor the gingerbread, relax in the glow of candles and twinkling lights. You’ll have the chance to unwind further with cozy blankets provided for added comfort, making this the perfect way to spend a winter morning.

After the class, will will have an array of wines and ciders or non-alcoholic beverage whatever you prefer.
We recommend bringing your yoga mat; if needed, mats are available for a $3 rental fee.
