Twerk Therapy + Wine is not just a dance class, it’s a healing experience. Led by the electrifying and empowering Lexicality the Muse, this movement session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, release what you’ve been holding, and celebrate your sensuality with zero shame.
We carry so much in our hips: hurt, heartbreak, rejection, shame. This class is a safe space to move through it with music, movement, and pure joy. You’ll stretch, open, laugh, twerk, and release. Whether you’ve got rhythm or two left feet, this space is for you.
