From Tween to Teen and everything in-between... A workshop designed to give your Tween the RIGHT information about her development and give her the opportunity to have her questions answered!What we will cover:
💕 How the girls are feeling about their development and puberty
💕 Discussing any anxieties they may have regarding puberty and working to reduce this
💕 The changes that occur during puberty (physical and emotional) and an explanation about why puberty occurs (preparing our bodies to one day have children if we choose)
💕 How physical changes may affect how we feel about ourselves (it may impact our self-esteem/body image)
💕 Periods - what the menstrual cycle is and how it works, what is a period, what a first time period might be like and what products are available to use (We will cover Period Underwear, Pads and Tampons)
💕 Girls will be able to openly or ANONYMOUSLY ask any questions and receive the accurate information.
*The minimum age requirement for this workshop is 9 years of age. Please make sure you are comfortable and aware of the content that is being delivered.
