NYCWaleDesi is proud to bring you the first and largest South Asian dance festival in New York City, “Desi Dance Fest 2022.” By attending, you will not only be able to learn from the best in the business but also experience a breath-taking after-party. Tushita is a bhangra fusion choreographer and instructor based in NYC with a background in bhangra and bollywood. She started teaching bhangra fusion classes in 2019 after graduating from college as a way to keep her passion for dance alive. Since then, she has taught in various cities around the country, danced in music videos, and has performed for renowned artists. Asides from dancing, Tushita strives to promote mental health through fitness.
Workshops rules:
You must check-in at the venue 15 minutes prior to the start of a workshop. The workshops will start exactly at the advertised times
Please print out your tickets or simply show us the QR code on your phone for easy check-in
Please refrain from using phones or other electronic devices during the workshops until it’s time to shoot content
Please inform the instructors regarding any injuries or special accommodations needed, before the workshop
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. This could be yoga pants, leggings, sweats, etc. We want you to be able to dance and move around without feeling restricted.
