This special session is co‑facilitated by Vicky Warner (Girl With a Gong) and Bryony Ryba (Soul Frequency), weaving together their unique approaches to sound healing to create a rich, layered, and transformative sonic landscape.

This extended gong immersion offers you the rare opportunity to drop into a longer, more spacious journey — allowing the vibrations to work through the body, mind, and energy system with depth and subtlety.
The session will include:
A gentle arrival and grounding practice to settle your nervous system and prepare your body for rest

ending with light refreshments down stairs to take away with you.

No previous experience with gong baths is required — simply come as you are and wear comfortable clothing.

What to Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable lying down for an extended period

Gong baths can be deeply nourishing, and they may also bring awareness to emotional or energetic layers beneath the surface. Please come with self-awareness and honour your own boundaries throughout the session. This work is intended to complement — not replace — medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

Gong baths are generally safe, but may not be suitable for everyone. Please avoid attending if you have sound‑induced epilepsy. Use caution or seek advice if you are pregnant, have severe mental health conditions, experience vertigo, have recent surgery, or have sensitivity to loud sound or vibration. If unsure, please check with a healthcare professional before booking.

24 hours notice is needed to get a full refund for workshops, no concessions are available for gong baths.
