this guided sound bath is designed to help you gently shift out of doing mode and into deep rest.
through calming, immersive sound, your body and nervous system are supported to slow down, soften, and reset.
no expectations. nothing to achieve.
just space to lie down, breathe, and receive.
whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, or simply in need of a pause - this is for you.
no experience required.
just come as you are.
what to bring:
yoga mats and bolsters will be provided.
you’re encouraged to bring anything else that will help you feel as comfortable and supported as possible - blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, or anything else you need to fully relax.
loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.
