This year we’re joined by our partners to support the launch of the Lighthouse Collective and specifically raising money for the Youth Harbour Climate ShareSpace project. The Lighthouse Collective is a project that is building pathways to climate action by supporting artists, youth, and climate organizations with access to space, skills, and connection to each other and the broader community. Featuring movement guides, workspace, and a connection to hubs across the city.

Join us May 2nd for a night featuring some of Toronto's rising musical stars, a cohort of community partners who are doing the hard work of building a better city, and the best audience anyone could ask for. Get your ticket now as it's an evening that you won't want to miss!

Please note that this is a 19+ event, however, minors are welcome with their caregivers.

All proceeds from the event will go to the Youth Harbour Climate ShareSpace. Can't make it but want to support? Donate here!

Canadian Community Challenge: Canadian Community Challenge is a non partisan non profit organization, with the singular purpose of maximizing exposure and support of the community climate solutions enacted by some of our most important climate organizations and organizers, in their fight against the Climate Crisis.

Centre for Social Innovation: The Centre for Social Innovation is supporting a platform and growing a community of social innovators that are building a world that puts people and planet first.

Green Majority Radio: Canada's longest running environmental news hour. Airing Friday's at 11am on CIUT (and available via podcast) we aim to bring together what we think is the most important environmental justice news along with voices and strategies from the grassroots.

Music Declares Climate Emergency: Music Declares Emergency Canada (MDE Canada) is an independent group, created by artists, music industry professionals and organisations concerned at the lack of a cohesive, industry-wide response to the climate emergency. We believe in the power of music to promote the cultural change needed to create a better future.

Toronto Climate Action Network: TCAN is a network of over 60 climate action organizations building a movement together in & around Toronto. Whose mission is to foster collaboration among diverse, action-oriented organizations working in Toronto to prevent climate breakdown, strengthen climate resilience, and advance climate justice.

Youth Harbour: The Youth Harbour is a place of support, convening, and collaboration. We are committed to building climate-resilient communities by providing flexible, trust-based support to the youth-led climate movement in the form of financial, technical, and networking assistance.

Media Partners:

CIUT 89.5 FM: Radio with purpose since 1987 the only remaining independent community station on the FM dial in Toronto.

The Green Line: Is a local news outlet that investigates the way we live to help young Torontonians survive and thrive in a rapidly changing city. Together, let’s breathe new life into Toronto’s conversations so we can build a livable city for all.

The Grind: The Grind is Toronto's free alt magazine, bringing you the politics and culture coverage you need. Find The Grind in TTC subway stations, and over 100 other locations in the GTA.

Sponsors & Community Partners:

Raising the Roof: Raising the Roof provides national leadership on long-term solutions to homelessness through partnership and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, investment in local communities, and public education.

Toronto Public Space Committee: The Toronto Public Space Committee is a volunteer collective of people who are passionate about public space. Through advocacy, direct action, and creative interventions, we hope to encourage more people to be a part of the city-building process and imagine new possibilities for public space.

Toronto Environmental Alliance: For over 30 years, the Toronto Environmental Alliance has campaigned locally to find solutions to Toronto's urban environmental problems. As a not-for-profit organization, we advocate on behalf of all Torontonians for a green, healthy and equitable city. We rely on our supporters to help us work with communities and we act as an environmental watchdog at City Hall.

T.O. The Good Swap: Good Swap is a monthly clothing exchange for all genders, all bodies, and all ages located in downtown Toronto at the Centre for Social Innovation’s Annex and Spadina locations.

The Lighthouse Collective and this event is supported by the ECHO Foundation and is presented in partnership with the City of Toronto's Music Office.
