Welcome to our beloved annual celebration of art, food, music, and of course, tulips! Our wonderful downtown will soon become a community of nearly 200 artisans, more than a dozen food vendors, thousands of visitors, and three days of free live music at the Tulip Tunes Stage.
Stroll through our beautiful historic district as you discover handcrafted treasures from artisans across the Pacific Northwest. A mix of new vendors and longtime favorites (special shout-out to Eppie’s Soft Toys as they celebrate their 30th year with us) will be joining us, offering something to delight every taste and style. When hunger strikes, enjoy delicious bites from mobile food vendors and trucks located throughout downtown. Don’t forget to explore our many unique, independent downtown businesses while you’re here.
We have a full lineup of exciting live performances at the Tulip Tunes stage, with a beer garden operated by local favorite District Brewing Company, a covered dining area, and an expanded food court—perfect for settling in and soaking up the music.
Families will find plenty to enjoy, with kid-friendly vendors and fun, interactive entertainment throughout the weekend. Jules the Juggler, Wapo the Clown, LiviJoy Hoops, and more bring energy and smiles for all ages. Be sure to visit our generous event sponsors and nonprofit organization booths to learn more about the incredible work happening in our community.
Convenient parking is available, including over 200 free parking spaces and 75 EV charging stations at the Mount Vernon Library Commons. For another great parking hack, leave your car at the South Mount Vernon Park-n-Ride and catch Skagit Transit’s route 202 bus, which circulates every 20 minutes and has stops one block east of the street fair.
The Tulip Festival Street Fair does more than welcome spring; it is the primary fundraiser for the Mount Vernon Downtown Association (MVDA). Our mission is to cultivate a vibrant, prosperous downtown while honoring its historic character and strengthening the place where community connection happens.
