Hello dear yogis!Let us meet up for approx 1,5 hours of yoga flow in Bolsjefabrikken with focus on togetherness, breath, being mindfull and grounded!
Beginners are very welcome - tell me if you have injuries or other things I should be aware of, then I hopefully be able to help you with a safer practise !
Our classes are made to explore, play and try out new things.
We are aiming at creating a safe space for everyone to practice how they like.
We tolerate no harassment, sexism, trans- or queerfobia and we are of an anti-capitalist mindset - which in practice space means no competition!
Hope to see you all for our Tuesdays yoga sessions - spread the word to your friends, neighbour, lover or whomever might want to join the yogavibe with Yogarilla ??♥️
Praktisk (in danish):
Husk selvfølgelig yogamåtte (hvis du ejer én, ellers har vi, som du kan låne), vand, behageligt tøj, evt. tæppe til afspænding og varme sokker, smil, venner, familie, måske dine naboer og
donation; kontant eller mobilepay (vejl.donation 60kr. til husleje, udstyr m.m.)
Meld dig gerne til, hvis du har planer om, at deltage - og meld dig gerne fra igen, hvis du bliver forhindret.

Practical information (in english):
What you need to bring: a yogamat (but if you don't have one, we have one you may use), waterbottle, comfortable clothes (to move it), maybe a blanket for relaxation and warm socks, smiles, friends, family, maybe your neighbour og donation by cash or mobilepay (recommended donation 60 kr. for rent, equipment and so).
Press attend at the event if you are coming and if your plans are changing press non-attenting.
