TUESDAY NIGHT RUNS

Meet On Our Lower Level Every Tuesday at 6:30 pm for a Run to The West Side and Back. The Run is approx 4 miles. Bag Check is available. Subscribe to our newsletter to learn more.

RSVP's are not required for these runs, but we'd still love to know if you are coming.

The Run

Option 1: Tempo/Fartlek/Speed workout with Coach Brian.

• 1-mile warm up to the West Side Highway
• 16x 90 seconds at HM Pace, 60 seconds off.
• Cooldown back to Paragon

Option 2: Easy 4-mile conversational run.

• 1-mile warmup to West Side Highway
• 2 easy paced miles on the West Side Highway Running Path
• 1-mile cooldown back to the store
  

Bag check will be available. Bring your own water. After the run stick around for beer on tap in our new lounge
