Morning Meditation @ THE ONION GARDEN
Start your Tuesday at 8am with a guided meditation in one of Europe's top ten secret city gardens. (The Guardian).
Whether you have a regular practice or are looking to try meditation for the first time, The Onion Garden is the perfect place to find stillness and calm.
Each session, led by yoga teacher Miranda Morrison, will include some gentle stretches and grounding breathing exercises to prepare you for silent reflection. Take your time to ease into the day after the session, and enjoy the peace of the garden with a tea or coffee.
The mediation is held within the Orangery in the quiet, green and lush lower garden
