Curious about Buddhism? This weekly class presents basic teachings that you can immediately use to improve your work and relationships, cultivate inner peace and increase your enjoyment of daily life. Each hour-long class includes a meditation, a teaching, and time for discussion.

Classes are based on the book Modern Buddhism. Everyone is welcome to attend. Classes are drop in. You do not need to pre-register to attend.

Each class presents a new topic with new contemplations and meditations for our meditation training.

Each class is a stand-alone class that is part of a series of classes. You do not need to attend the full series to benefit from these classes.

$15 a class. $48 for 4 classes.. Tickets and passes can also be purchased at the door at class time. No need to pre-register.

Info: The class starts with a guided breathing meditation and short prayers.

Info: There is a short teaching on how we can apply Buddhist wisdom to our modern daily lives.

Info: This guided meditation gives us time to reflect on the teaching and to spend some time with our meditation object.

Info: The class finishes with some discussion on how to put the teachings into practice. Everyone is also welcome to stay for refreshments after class.
