TTA Healing Studio & Bundle of Sticks Present Suga’: Siren’s Song

Using a combination reiki, twerk, and floor work, Savannah will guide participants through:

• An introduction to The Siren archetype and how it is embodied in Suga’
• Setting an intention for this session
• Guided reiki session to connect with the energy of The Siren
• Warm up and moves introduced 
• Movement prompt taught and practiced
• Closing the experience, reflections, expressing gratitude

All levels welcomed. Please bring water, a journal, and a yoga mat. Dressing in layers and knee pads are recommended.
