About this Event
TSJCI's Young Onset Programme is a specialised service designed for adults aged 25 to 50 who receive a diagnosis of colorectal, upper gastrointestinal, or head and neck cancers. Established in response to the rising incidence of these cancers in younger adults, the programme provides a coordinated and comprehensive model of care tailored to the unique medical, psychological, social, and practical needs of this age group. Through a dedicated multidisciplinary team at TSJCI, patients are supported across areas such as emotional wellbeing, fertility and sexual health, financial concerns, survivorship, and palliative care, ensuring they receive holistic and timely support throughout their cancer journey.
We will hold a session during our international conference focussed on Young Onset Cancers (attendence for over 18's only), that is open to patients and interested public to attend from 8.30-10am.
