The Eastern Himalaya with Eduardo Molina Anfossi:
Eduardo @edumolinanfossi is a Chilean-born tea sommelier with twenty years of experience and firsthand knowledge of the world’s major tea regions. His journey has taken him across five continents, building close relationships with tea makers along the way. Former Head of Tea Experience at Paper & Tea, he is now the founder and CEO of Eduard/, a Berlin-based tea label curating seasonal collections with a strong focus on origin and craft.
In this seminar, Eduardo will share insights from his sourcing trips in the Himalayas, exploring the similarities and differences between Darjeeling, Sikkim, and Nepal. We will taste five teas from the Eastern Himalaya and discover how seasons, climate, and altitude shape what’s in the cup.
