Each Thursday, we’ll alternate between two dynamic class styles:🔥 Dance Fit – fun, cardio -based movement set to upbeat Christian music💪 Faith Fit Bootcamp – High-intensity- full-body training-focused sessions rooted in scripture and motivation

💧 Includes moments of prayer, uplifting community, and praise through movement.
