These classes provide an introduction to Buddhistteachings and meditations. Through these we can learn how to use Buddha’sadvice as a solution to our daily problems. In this way we come to experience asense of peace and happiness in our lives.

Just drop in, no need to book. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. The classes include two short guided meditations and a teaching.
