About this Event
TRUE CONNECTION IS VITAL:
Connection is a gateway to growth and flourishing.
True connection, those unique and wonderful exchanges in which we feel seen and valued for who we are, can nourish us, energize us, and inspire us. It can reveal to us those "next steps" and insights we need to more forward in living our most authentic, fulfilling, and creative lives.
Unfortunately, we live at a time where feeling truly connected with those around us is more and more rare.
Practicing mindful communication is a powerful tool for supporting ourselves and others at a time marked more and more by disconnection and loneliness.
