Harvesting Hope: Healing Begins With US aims to provide mental health resources for youth needing financial assistance for mental health counseling. As a community, we can come together to raise funds to help youth needing mental health counseling. In the past year, over 150 counseling sessions have been provided by the community to teens needing financial aid. This event continues our mission to provide more counseling during crisis in a timely period to restore mental health caused by trauma, depression and anxiety issues.
The fundraiser includes local restaurants serving heavy hors d'eouvres, live music, silent auction, raffle and opportunities to learn about Troy Kiwanis mental health initiatives updates. When we replace "i" in mental illness with "we" - it becomes mental wellness!!
