Americana Songbook, Acoustic Nostalgia
Jennifer Eckes and Zachary Scot Johnson will explore some of the great songs from the 1960s and ‘70s that grew from folk music traditions and have been woven into the fabric of Americana and popular music history. They speak of all the colors and beauty in the world around us, and of times that are constantly a-changin’. Honoring great songwriters like Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Paul Simon, and Carole King, whose music remains to be a healing balm in tumultuous seasons.

Zachary Scot Johnson is a well-traveled singer/songwriter, whose music has brought him to stages of all sizes across the country, with repertoire covering a wide range, including folk, jazz, rock, blues, and more. His hit YouTube channel, The Song a Day Project, has run for over 4,900 consecutive days (over 13 full years), with well over 43 million views. Both based in the Twin Cities, Jennifer and Zachary have collaborated in numerous tribute concerts and bonded over their mutual love for popular music and great artists of the 20th century.
