"A piano trio inspired by the ‘Golden Age’ of romantic performing, Tristan Trio was founded in 2025 by cellist Tyler Michael James, pianist Aljoša Jurinić, and violinist Thomas Lee Cooper. With performances on the Bar Harbor Music Festival, Core Memory Music and Red Door Chamber Music, the trio has stormed onto the music scene, quickly becoming a sought-after ensemble known for their “exceptionally vast emotional range” (Boston Musical Intelligencer).

Looking ahead, the trio makes their European debut this August with a concert tour to Croatia, the Czech Republic, Italy, and the United Kingdom, and their concerto debut this November 21 performing Beethoven’s Triple Concerto with the Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra."
