Day One: Barcelona, Spain
Welcome to Barcelona, the city of dreams, where art and history go hand in hand. City of contrasts, where the old and the modern embrace each other. City of sophistication, where diversity and coexistence are celebrated. City of color, where the light of the Mediterranean Sea illuminates the city.
Your private driver will meet you at the airport and take you to our beautiful hotel in the heart of the city, in the most fashionable and LGBTQ neighborhood in Barcelona.
After checking in, you will have time to rest and get settled. Later in the evening the entire group will meet for dinner and get to know each other better.
Day Two: Sitges
After having breakfast at the hotel, we will be picked up by private transportation to take us to visit a wine and cava cellar (a method similar to champagne) where we will also have a tasting of their products.
When we finish, we will go to the most LGBTQ city in the country, Sitges. We will visit the city with the city’s LGBTQ Association group, and we will also spend time getting to know some of the members. Maybe, if the weather permits, we can have a friendly game of volleyball on the beach.
At the end of the afternoon, we will return to the hotel. When night comes you can enjoy the city’s nightlife. We will provide you with the names of the bars, clubs and parties that are currently the coolest in the city.
Day Three: Barcelona
It’s Sunday, so you will have the morning free to explore the city. We will provide you with the cultural events that are happening or, if you prefer, you can head to the beach to take in the sun and Mediterranean waters. In the afternoon, we will visit Park Güell and enjoy the views of the city at sunset.
Day Four: Barcelona
After breakfast, we will visit Casa Batlló, an incredible building built in 1877 by Emilio Sala Cortés and renovated by Antoni Gaudí in 1906.
Afterwards, you’ll have free time to wander and go shopping. We will meet again in the afternoon with our private guide and we will visit the Sagrada Familia. (Note: even though it is a basilica, the visit has no religious content, it is about marveling at the incredible architecture.)
Day Five: Barcelona
Today we will take the double-decker tourist bus to go to the MNAC Museum (National Art Museum of Catalonia).
From there, we will visit Poble Espanyol, where we will see architecture, crafts, contemporary art and leisure activities, a true monument that includes 117 buildings that replicate constructions from practically all Spanish regions. All styles are represented in them, from Romanesque to Baroque. After this visit, we will visit the Joan Miró Foundation.
We will end the day on the tourist bus route doing the complete circuit or you can return to the hotel, if you prefer.
Day Six: Barcelona
After breakfast, we will meet our private guide to take a walking tour of the city through the Gothic Quarter and the Born neighborhood. After our tour, you’ll have free time to explore and shop until we meet again in the afternoon to visit the architectural jewel of La Pedrera.
Day Seven: Barcelona
paellaAfter breakfast, we will visit the Palau de la Musica, another architectural gem where Catalans enjoy a wonderful lineup of concerts.
Then we will go to our private kitchen. Yes, that’s right, you can’t leave the city without trying an authentic paella, but to do so, we will learn from the best hands, in a private workshop with a famous chef. He will also teach us how to cook an incredible paella and authentic Sangria with its personal secrets. Afterwards, we will have free time to do the last shopping in Barcelona before packing our bags again.
Day Eight: Ibiza, Spain
After breakfast, our driver will take us to the airport to catch our flight to the island of Ibiza.
Welcome to Ibiza and Formentera, Mediterranean islands of unparalleled beauty, charm and mystery! Ibiza, the white island, of coves and beaches, of parties and fun, of culture and magic. Formentera, the green island, of dunes and lighthouses, of peace and tranquility, of nature and art.
Upon arrival in Ibiza our driver will take us to our hotel. You’ll have time to rest and relax, or explore the island on your own.
Day Nine: Ibiza
We will have the morning free to enjoy the city or, if you prefer, the hotel’s private beach, the Beach Club or the hotel’s wellness centre, because in the afternoon our private guide will take us on a tour of the wonderful walled city of Ibiza.
It’s Saturday so you’ll want to check out the nightlife in Ibiza!
Day Ten: Ibiza
Today is entirely yours. You can relax and recover from having stayed up late at the Ibizan night party. You can enjoy the hotel’s wellness center. You can explore the city and the beaches. It’s up to you!
Day Eleven: Formentera, Spain
We have a private sailboat to take us through the turquoise waters to the island paradise of Formentera. We’ll visit some of its best coves. We will anchor to swim on the beach and snorkel. We will spend the entire day sailing and playing in the water before we sail back to Ibiza for the night.
Day Twelve: Ibiza
Today, we will go hiking. Our private driver will take us and our guide to visit different parts of the island: traditional towns with white Mediterranean houses, the most popular hippie markets, Phoenician ruins, and more. And of course, we will take time to visit beautiful beaches and swim.
This is our last night together. We will enjoy a final dinner to celebrate our new friendships and say, not “goodbye,” but “see you later.”
Day Thirteen: Time to Leave Barcelona
After breakfast, our driver will take us to the airport to return to Barcelona and each traveler will return to their destination.
