On Thursday, March 26th, Botanica Art & Cocktails invites you to join us for a special tribute dinner honoring the life, travels, and fearless culinary spirit of Anthony Bourdain.
For one night, our kitchen will present a four-course dinner inspired by the global flavors Bourdain celebrated throughout his journey across continents and cultures. Each dish reflects the adventurous spirit of street food, travel, and honest cooking that defined his legacy.

First Course
Bánh Mì
French baguette, fermented cabbage slaw, coconut mayo, Japanese chashu pork, cilantro, and pickled onion.

Third Course
Tonkatsu Pork Belly
Crispy breaded pork belly served with Japanese curry risotto, grilled vegetables, beurre blanc, and chili oil.

Puff Puff
African buñuelo with flamed mango, peanut praline, banana ice cream, and Maldon salt.
