🌸 Our gathering blends dance with timeless wisdom, guiding us towards elevated consciousness—body, mind, and spirit. ✨ Shakti, Divine Feminine Power, embodies existence's essence—consciousness, ecstasy, will, knowledge, and action. These elements harmonise within cosmic creation and within each of us.
🌿 We'll tap into these elemental energies, allowing them to permeate our consciousness. Through the mindful union of breath and movement, dance transcends into a form of yoga—a liberating experience beyond physicality. As body tension fades, the mind relaxes, opening into a realm of transcendence and union with yoga's essence.
🌌 Tribaling honours the liberating essence of dance—an enchanting journey that intertwines its magic with the art of meditation. A free-form movement journey that invites individuals to embrace their unique rhythm within a nurturing space devoted to healing. Music, soundscapes, and the rhythmic beats of instruments like Djembe, along with journaling and art, merge seamlessly.

This spiritual practice amplifies healing through movement, enabling the body to articulate itself, honouring the purity, power, and passion of dance, and using its offerings as a form of medicine.

4:00 pm Mind, Body, and Spirit-Moving Meditation
(Feel free to bring a yoga mat and blanket - mats & blankets not provided)
All you need to bring is love, an open mind and heart, trust, and your Beautiful Divine Spirit!
Wear attire that makes you feel magnificent and allows movement.
Bring a water bottle and some fruit if you'd like🍇!
🎶 Instruments are encouraged! Dust off your maracas, djembes, and tambourines - bring whatever sparks your joy to the dance floor!

Tribaling fundraises to extend transformative practices to marginalised communities, creating safe havens to empower, enrich, and uplift.
