Since 1993, the Triathlon of Compassion has been one of Victoria’s most community-driven triathlons and a major annual fundraiser for the Victoria Sexual Assault Centre. Hosted by Human Powered Racing in support of VSAC, the TOC welcomes athletes of all ages and abilities to come together for a day of determination, fun, and solidarity.
Adults can take on the sprint-distance race (500m swim / 20K bike / 5K run), while kids aged 6–15 participate in the exciting Kids of Steel races. The TOC is also part of the Kersten Orthodontics VI Youth Triathlon Series, alongside the Victoria Youth Triathlon and the Cowichan Challenge.
Whether you participate, cheer on racers, or donate, the TOC is more than just a race—it’s a community tradition that fuels hope and healing.
