The North Carolina Professional Liaison Association’s mission is to help facilitate collaboration among behavioral health and substance use disorder professionals. Our goal is to keep up to date on industry trends through education and resources. Our organization is driven by the passion of our regional members to improve knowledge and access to programs and services in the industry.
