This workshop will be approx. 3 hrs. and entail a 60 min meditation / mindfulness hypnosis session, then time for sharing, In addition, you will also craft your own Tree of Life wall hanging to help you integrate the new story you are ready to live. With each twist of cord and mindful movement, you'll reinforce your commitment to positive change.

About the Workshop Facilitator: Julie Burnham
Julie is an Intuitive, Certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and Educator with over 38 years of knowledge in traditional and alternative healing. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve wellness by recognizing and releasing limiting beliefs and emotional burdens to create a balanced and fulfilling life.
Drawing from her transformative journey, Julie understands that the stories we tell ourselves—consciously or unconsciously—shape our reality.
