OG Yoga's Kaitlynn Hardy returns to HWA with a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga practice alongside our candlelit pool. For the second half of this event, you will be invited to place your feet in the warm water as she guides you through a sound meditation with crystal bowls, offering calming tones that help quiet the mind, sooth the nervous system, and support deep relaxation. No prior experience with yoga or sound mediation is required.Please remember to bring a yoga mat and something to hydrate with.
