About this Event
Join the Cohen Clinic at Endeavors, San Antonio, and our Health & Wellness Center for a 90-minute creative and restorative yoga experience. This trauma-informed, adaptive yoga flow is rooted in emotional safety and guided with an emphasis on gentle transitions, supportive props, and intuitive presence. Participants are invited to reconnect with their bodies, soften through the breath, and integrate inner wisdom in a space of sanctuary and strength.
Led by Sloane Jennings, Health & Wellness Center Fitness Coordinator, this session is especially designed for individuals who may be curious about yoga but face physical limitations that make traditional classes challenging. Whether you are new to yoga or seeking a more accessible approach, this practice offers a welcoming and empowering space to explore movement and healing.
