Trap Pilates Hosted by The Clique Collective
Trap Pilates is not your typical Pilates class and we are not trying to be. This is HIIT Pilates set to the soundtrack you actually move to. Trap, rap, throwbacks, and the songs that raised us.
This is a high energy, community driven workout built for the culture. The room is loud, the energy is real, and everyone came to show up.
It is structured and intentional, but it is also fun, high energy, and rooted in community. You are working, but you are enjoying it.
If you like your workouts to feel like something, this is for you.
