About this Event
Perform sets of strength training exercises designed to help you lose inches from your waistline and other problematic areas.
This is an intensive total body circuit training program. (45mins)
Equipment needed: Yoga mat and a set of dumbbells. 3-5lbs recommended. *Make sure your weights are no more than 10lbs.
