Let's say "Goodbye to the Old, Hello to the New!" in this annual experiential thematic family constellations workshop.The winter festive season is a time of reflection and renewal, providing an opportunity to review the past year and set intentions for the one ahead. In nature, winter is the quietest season - a period of rest and preparation. Just as some flowers lie dormant, ready to bloom in spring, while others will not return, this is a time for us to consider what we need to let go of and what we want to carry forward into the new year.
We will focus on identifying plans and dreams we wish to nurture in the coming year and explore how to cultivate them, so they can take root and bloom.
In this workshop, participants will:
• Reflect on their 2024 journey, acknowledging key experiences.
• "Clear the path" for 2025 by identifying and letting go of what no longer serves them.
• Connect with their personal potential, and take a step or two closer to turning their dreams and plans into reality in the new year.
Join us as we say goodbye to the old and welcome the new with open hearts and minds.

No prior experience or knowledge is necessary, and new participants are always welcome. Each participant can choose their level of involvement in the experiential exercises.
