Class Experience
In this hands-on cooking class, students will learn to make sophisticated and flavorful French-inspired bites. They’ll start with White Cheddar Gougères, airy cheese puffs enhanced with savory notes of prosciutto and sage and a surprise apple filling for a touch of sweetness. Then, you will create Mini Lemon Cream Eclairs filled with a delicate lemon-infused cream and topped with a light glaze. Students will master techniques like making pâte à choux, piping, and flavor balancing—essential skills for creating elegant appetizers and desserts. Perfect for those seeking to elevate their culinary repertoire with versatile and crowd-pleasing bites!
