Transition Day for school SENDCOs/Leads
Date: Wednesday 5 June 2024
Location: Southwark Council, Ground Floor WEST
We are inviting all Year 6 and Year 7 SENDCOs/leads to a meet and greet at the council’s Tooley Street office to share details about pupils that need extra help with the transition.
Information and additional targeted support resources will also be available.
Primary SENDCOs/Leads can choose from one of the sessions: 08:30 - 10:30 or 10:30 - 12:30
Secondary SENDCOs/Leads are required for the whole event
We also require the list of secondary schools you would like to speak to on the day.
