Join the NYS HIMSS Nursing Committee for their annual Nursing Symposium. This year’s theme is Transforming Care Through Leadership in Nursing Informatics. This dynamic event is designed to empower nurses at all levels to lead innovation and drive meaningful change through informatics. Expert speakers will share insights on leadership development, strategic networking, publishing and presenting, and building a strong, future-focused resume. Attendees will gain practical strategies to elevate their professional presence and expand their influence within healthcare technology. The symposium also offers valuable opportunities to connect with peers and mentors who are shaping the future of nursing informatics. As an added benefit, professional headshots are included in the registration cost to help participants strengthen their personal brand.
Directions to the Venue
Microsoft’s 11 Times Square Welcome Center entrance is on the east side of 8th Ave, between 41st and 42nd Streets. (Microsoft does not validate parking and encourages the use of mass transit whenever possible to reach the office).
Doors open at 8:30am. After entering through the doors, please check in at the registration table. Government ID required for check in.
You will be given a sticker badge and an elevator pass. Head to the turnstile and use the elevator pass to gain access to the elevators, which will lead you directly to the 6th floor.
When arriving to 6th floor, concierge will direct you to the left through the double doors to the venue.
