With only one canvas per participant, each stroke becomes a reflection of your inner landscape, guided by your intuition and the healing energy of the group. As the painting unfolds, we immerse ourselves in the soothing sounds of the sound bath, expertly crafted by Kathy. Finally, we return to the canvas, infused with the healing presence of the sound bath, to complete our paintings with renewed clarity and intention.
