Solstice Awakening: From Stagnation to Expansion
As we approach the Summer Solstice—the height of light and energy in the year—this is a powerful moment to check in.
Not everything that’s been building since winter has fully moved. Some of it sits in the body as tension, restlessness, or mental noise.
This breathwork experience is designed to help you shift that stuck energy—so you can step into the second half of the year feeling clearer, lighter, and more aligned
.
THE EXPERIENCE
Through conscious connected breathwork, you’ll be guided into a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern that gently activates the nervous system.
This process can help surface and release held tension or emotion, while creating space for clarity and forward movement.
Your journey is supported by:
- Binaural beats and guided voice (via individual headphones) for a deeply immersive internal experience
- Light touch and acupressure to support grounding and energy flow
- Essential oils to engage the senses and anchor the body in the present moment
This is not about pushing or forcing an outcome - but creating the right conditions for your body to release what it’s ready to let go of.
Many participants notice a sense of lightness, clarity, and calm after a session, with deeper shifts building over time.

HOW TO PREPARE
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring a journal and pen
- Stay well hydrated
- Avoid heavy meals or stimulants (like coffee) 2 hours before

This style of breathwork is powerful and not suitable for everyone. Please do not attend if you have any of the following conditions:
- Pregnancy
- Cardiovascular conditions (including high blood pressure or heart disease)
- Epilepsy or history of seizures
- Severe mental health conditions (e.g. bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis, PTSD)
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Recent surgeries or physical injuries
- Severe asthma
- History of aneurysms
- Use of Medic*tion that significantly alters brain chemistry
