We are meeting at 5540 McNeely Drive, Suite 101 in Raleigh.Transformation Lab is a monthly discussion and exploration group focused on personal change, consciousness, and intentional living. This is not a lecture or a class, it is a lab: a place to explore ideas, notice patterns, reflect together, and experiment with new ways of thinking and being.
Beginning January 2026, we will gather on the fourth (last) Thursday of each month to watch an episode from Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Rewired series on Gaia and engage in thoughtful, real-life conversations about how these ideas apply to our thoughts, emotions, habits, and daily experiences. This is a space to explore transformation with curiosity rather than pressure—combining science, awareness, and shared insight. When time and interest allow, we may close with a Dr. Joe Dispenza meditation to help embody what we’ve explored.
Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong” or what needs to be fixed, Transformation Lab emphasizes awareness, compassion, and curiosity. You don’t need prior knowledge of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work—just an openness to self-reflection and conversation. This group is ideal for anyone who enjoys learning, asking questions, sharing insights, and understanding themselves more deeply.
Transformation Lab is designed to evolve. While we begin with Rewired, the group will continue beyond the series, exploring other teachings, themes, and tools related to conscious transformation.
Come as you are and let this be a time and place to explore who you’re becoming.
