About this Event
Touching on riots, trans activism and artiststry, this tour will explore the resilience, struggles and communal spirit of San Francisco's Transgender District.
Dr. Megan Rohrer is a trans leader, an award winning LGBTQ historian and was a finalist for the Lambda Literary Award in transgender non-fiction. He has curated this tour to share stories that touch the heart, inspire activism and encourage community building. jj Dollarhide (he/him) is a trans masculine individual and San Francisco native who works in education and partners with other trans individuals to share their stories.
Proceeds will make it possible to preserve additional trans history and storytelling.
