Designed for small groups, Tranquility Tours foster calm, connection, and contemplation. Each tour includes a grounding practice—such as guided meditation, chair yoga, or breathwork—followed by slow, intentional looking at two artworks in our galleries. Participants are encouraged to engage through quiet reflection, shared interpretation, writing prompts, or meaningful conversation. Our intention is to offer a pause from the pace of daily life—a moment to center yourself, connect with others, and experience art in a deeper, more mindful way.
In order to ensure an optimal experience, capacity is limited to 12 participants. Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check in at the front desk to secure your spot.
