Tranquil Flow is a 75-minute small group wellness experience designed to help you slow down, soften the body, and reset your nervous system in a calm, supportive space.
Blending gentle yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and Reiki, this session allows you to release physical tension, quiet the mind, and restore emotional balance. Each class is intuitively guided, creating space to reconnect with yourself, regulate stress, and feel grounded and centred.
This is not a fast-paced fitness class. It is an intentional evening of slowing down — giving your body time to unwind and your mind permission to switch off from the demands of daily life.
What to Expect
• Gentle, accessible yoga suitable for all levels
• Guided breathwork to calm the nervous system
• Mindfulness practices to increase awareness and presence
• Reiki energy to support deep relaxation and help reset your energetic balance
• Skilled hands-on adjustments and grounding touch during yoga and Reiki to deepen relaxation and enhance your experience (always with consent)
• A small group setting for a more personal, nurturing experience
All equipment is provided as needed, including mats, blankets, bolsters, cushions, blocks, straps, and massage balls to ensure you feel fully supported throughout the session.
This class can be adapted for injuries, recovery, or limited mobility. You are encouraged to move at your own pace and rest whenever needed. Please share any injuries or health concerns beforehand so appropriate options can be offered.
