About this Event
Hatha yoga is the classical foundation of all physical yoga practices.
It is a slow, mindful approach to movement that integrates posture, breath, and awareness to create balance in both the body and mind.
We will slow down and explore each posture with presence and care. Students are guided through hands-on adjustments and individualized support, allowing the practice to become deeply personal and transformative on and off the mat.
This class honors the roots of yoga by integrating:
• Asana (traditional postures)
• Pranayama (breathwork techniques)
• Mudra (classical hand gestures)
• Yogic philosophy
• Hands-on adjustments & personal guidance
This class is for you if you:
✔ Want more than a workout, you want a practice
✔ Are curious about traditional yoga and its deeper teachings
✔ Crave a slower, more embodied experience
✔ Appreciate thoughtful guidance and hands-on adjustments
✔ Want tools for both the mat and daily life
All levels are welcome. Beginners will feel supported and guided, while experienced practitioners will appreciate the depth, structure, and authenticity of the practice. Come to class often to build your practice, deepen your understanding, and connect with yourself.
Please arrive promptly dressed in comfortable clothing, mats and block will be provided.
