Join Chef Manikandan Thillainayagam as he prepares traditional Indian cuisine from Madurai, South India! The demonstation revolves around dosa, a crepe made from rice and lentils. The dosa will be acompanied by sambar, a soup made from lentils and vegetables, and a variety of chutneys.
Dinner will be accompanied by a complementary chai! BYO is also always welcome!
