Juris has practiced yoga since 1993 and is a respected teacher in the Orange County community. Certified by Gary Kraftsow (AVI) in asana, pranayama, and Sanskrit chanting, Juris also trained in Yoga Therapy, applying yoga for holistic health and wellness.
