Reiki is a gentle yet powerful and ancient energy healing technique. Anyone who is open to learning Reiki can practice hanneling universal life force energy to promote balance, well-being, and spiritual harmony.
Reiki supports the body’s natural healing processes and is used to reduce stress, ease physical and emotional pain, release energetic blockages, and cultivate deep inner peace.
By clearing energetic blockages we can begin to heal anxiety, chronic pain, fatigue, trauma, grief, and emotional imbalance. It is also a valuable tool for spiritual growth, enhancing intuition, and connecting more deeply to one’s higher self.
What to Bring:
- A Yoga mat ($5 mat rentals available in limited supply)
