About this Event
We invite you to our table for an informal drawing session and folk music workshop to visually interpret music and movement, and with imagination, approach themes of folklore and storytelling.
This workshop is intended to open up the space for more interpretive drawing styles than classical life drawing, and to create an inclusive space for all drawing abilities.
In Episode 3, we are excited to welcome musician Tom Conrad Johnson, who will inspiring our drawings with story telling and songs -- some traditional, folk covers, and original work.
"Tom Conrad Johnson is a folk musician from North East London who uses writing as a form of staggard escapism. The music and lyrics hold the door open for eachother, to walk through one note at a time, all boozy and in need of somewhere to rest."
This workshop will be structured in two parts with guidance available to those who would like it.
