About this Event
Swap toys and books you no longer want and bring home something new-to-you. Save money on festive shopping, clear out clutter, and choose sustainable gifts for your kids.
How will the Toy & Book Swap work?
From 15th November
Buy your ticket and bring your unwanted toys and books to Little Fixers and hand them to a member of our team. You can drop items off up to 1 hour before the event.
We also accept donations: if you'd like to give a toy or book but cannot attend the event, please bring your donation by the 15th without purchasing a ticket.
On 29th November
From 1pm, you can browse the tables and take home toys and books that are new-to-you.We have a small capacity, so we recommend arriving early for the best selection.
On the day, we may have limited space for people who simply want to browse and take an item home. In this case, a donation to our not-for-profit CIC will be required.
A few rules
- Items must be clean, in good condition, working, and have all their parts.
- If you have a broken toy, we can accept it for repair activities, but it will not be included in the swap.
- Battery-powered items must include batteries or be charged, so others can see they work.
- Soft toys are permitted, but we may need to limit the number due to space and hygiene considerations.
- Please bring toys and books suitable for children aged 0–8 years.
